About our space
This is a nontoxic space designed and maintained for guests with chemical sensitivity. 650 square feet. The first floor is open plan with living area, dining area, and kitchen. Bathroom with FSC fir paneling and Italian marble, skylit soaking tub. Washer and dryer. The upstairs is a sleeping loft with a king-sized bed and two twin trundle beds that pull out. Incredible light year round. TV, wifi. Dining table turns into a small ping pong table. A great place to cook. Meile, Asko and Liebherr appliances. Excellent cookware, tools, and dishware.
Non-toxic
Built to the highest non-toxic materials gudelines, every material used, from the inside out, meets Green Guard Gold certification standard for indoor air quality. Careful intention given to the smallest detail with indoor air quality in mind. A safe space for those with MCS.

Clean air
Not only did we use non-toxic building materials top to bottom but we have also installed a state of the art indoor air filtration system. This means you will breathe purified air no matter what the air quality outdoors.
Kitchen
Kitchen appliances made by Liebherr, Meile, Asko. Induction cooktop. Robust carbon+ HEPA Vent-A-Hood cooking ventilation.
Local Attractions
We are located in the center of Portland yet in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Ten minutes by car to downtown and no further than 20 minutes to most other neighborhoods. A bike and pedestrian friendly area, on a major bus line. Walk to grocery stores, cafes, world class restaurants, cinemas, shops, and more.
Accessibility
Unfortunately our space requires guests be able to use stairs.

Accommodates up to 4 guests (one king sized bed and two pull out trundles in the upstairs sleeping loft)
